How Sylwave Electronics uses enquiry details and browser storage.
An enquiry contains your contact details, part numbers, quantities and any sourcing requirements you choose to include. Please provide business information relevant to your request and avoid unrelated personal or confidential information.
We use submitted information to review your requirements, assess sourcing options, respond to you and maintain enquiry follow-up records. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order.
Relevant part requirements may be shared with suppliers or testing and logistics providers when needed to assess your request. Website and email providers support storage and communication.
BOM files are read in your browser. Only the form details and imported line items are sent when you submit; the original file is not uploaded.
Drafts are saved in this browser for up to seven days after the last save. The most recent receipt can be restored in the same tab for up to seven days. Clearing either copy does not delete an enquiry already submitted to the website.
Language preferences and temporary purchasing selections are stored in your browser. The administrator login uses a session cookie to protect access to submitted enquiries.
We record page paths, the referring website, major website actions and approximate country or region to understand sourcing interest. A temporary random identifier groups activity in the same browser tab.
Visit analysis uses records from the previous 90 days. Older records are deleted automatically when a new visit record is saved or an administrator checks visit records. Deletion may happen later while the website is idle. No separate timed cleanup is currently enabled.
We do not store raw IP addresses, precise locations, typed form content or original BOM files in visit records. Network location may differ from your actual location. Browser privacy signals and your choice below can disable visit recording.
When email delivery is available, a copy of the submitted form is emailed to your contact address and to Sylwave Electronics. This is an enquiry receipt, not a quotation or order confirmation.
Email sending status is recorded separately from the saved enquiry. An email provider accepting a message does not guarantee it has reached your inbox.
Contact Sylwave Electronics to ask about a submitted enquiry, correct its details or request removal. Include your enquiry reference when available. We may need to verify the request and consider records required for existing transactions.
